Booked four nights and stayed ten!

Everything was great! The staff is very helpful and friendly. Our room was very big and have terrace on the roof. The location is good - it's about 5-7 minute from beach by walk. We enjoy our holidays stay in this hotel

Excellent location. Very nice, well decorated, big and clean rooms. The staff is wonderful, welcoming and very friendly. So are the French owners, who also are very helpful and can help you for directions or booking tours (Phi Phi, James Bond). Good breakfast. Very good value for money, I have booked for 1 night and have extended my stay. They offered the same rate as on Booked.net. Much appreciated.

The staff speak english (everybody, correct) and french (owners, native) and is really helpful in everything you may need.

As in many hotels in Phuket, the clim was noisy but this one is old and hence more noisy as usual. Although my room was not on the street side, the window is so badly isolated that the noise from outside came in and it was necessary to have the clim on all the time because hot air entered by the window rapidly. The continental breakfast is not worth the price.

The manager was welcoming and helpful- the room clean and tidy - with a safe box- the location was about ten minutes walk down a straight street to the main part of town.

Friendly staff, clean and good location right in patong main street. Free wifi was also very handy.

We went for the top floor room most expensive room on the 5th floor which was good for us as we are young but for any less able bodied people I'd suggest asking for the lower level rooms as its tough walking up 5 flights of stairs in thailands hot climate

Very good value for money, clean rooms, good location, very friendly stuff (one of the manager brought our suitcases in our room and we hadnt enough thb for the taxi to the airport...the girl on the reception changed 2 usd and gave us 100 thb (normally 60THB)...that was very very nice) and we had luck, because on the day of arrival there was free dinner for the guests

It is leaded by an france man, he is nice, know the area well and answer all your qustions. The bed is really big. It is not far away from the beach and the center. The price is ok.

They have no elevator, we have to go up to the 4th floor, for me no problem, but in phuket i saw man people that can`t handle this...

Baan Phil Guesthouse was a great place to stay for our 2 nights in Patong. The staff were very friendly, our room was big and very clean. It was excellent value and a great location - only a very short walk to the beach or restaurants.

Staff is very kind and friendly. She lent me her cell phone several times without hesitation. I really appreciated her help. The room and public area were extremely clean. It was very quiet and nice. Definately value for the price. I shall stay there again in the future. Strongly recommend!
